Return & Replacement Policy – Marvel Lights

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

Eligibility Criteria:

• Products are eligible for return or replacement only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

• Requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product by contacting our customer support team with proof of issue (images or videos).

• Customised, made-to-order, or personalised products cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive in a damaged or defective condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement?

1. Contact our support team at marvel.lightzz@gmail.com or 8104575483 within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Provide your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and images/videos of the product.

3. Our team will review the request and, if approved, arrange for a return pickup or a replacement dispatch.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation intact.

• Items showing signs of installation or tampering may be rejected for return or replacement.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following terms:

• Refunds are applicable only for eligible returns or for orders cancelled before dispatch.

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after the returned product passes inspection.

• In cases where pickup is not possible, customers may be asked to ship the product back. Shipping costs may be reimbursed if the return is due to our error.

Note: Customised and made-to-order products are not eligible for refunds unless defective on arrival.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

• Order once placed can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. To cancel, contact us immediately with your Order ID. • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

• Refusal to accept delivery will be treated as a return request and processed accordingly and no refund will be issued.
